Return conditions: Goods must be returned undamaged and complete. 100% is credited up to 2 months after the invoice date. 25% will be deducted between 2 and 6 months after the invoice date. To obtain a warranty on your TRILO machine, you must have registered your machine with us. By filling in and sending us a TRILO product registration form the guarantee starts from the date entered and if we have received the signed form by e-mail.
